Frequently Asked Questions
Athletes age 13-19 years old who are looking to improve their speed, agility and strength over the summer. All levels of athletes are encouraged to join. We strive for athletes to leave our camp with a better understanding of how to properly train for their sport.
What to bring:
We recommend T-shirts, shorts, running shoes, athletic socks, towel, water bottle(s) (if not two), and sun screen.
Campers should arrive early and ready to workout at the Alex G Spanos Athletic Performance Center.
Parking is limited, the closest parking lots are located in the Rady School of Management (P357) and Hopkins parking structure (495) on this campus map.
